Circuits.com Listing Terms & Acceptable Use Policy

Effective Date: July 11, 2026

Welcome to Circuits.com (“Circuits.com,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This Listing Terms & Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs every listing, advertisement, profile, Circuits-Keyword™, image, document, message, and other content submitted to Circuits.com.

By creating, publishing, purchasing, or maintaining a listing on Circuits.com, you agree to comply with this Policy, our Terms of Service, and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with this Policy, you may not publish or maintain a listing on Circuits.com.

1. Purpose

Circuits.com exists to connect the global circuits industry by helping companies, organizations, professionals, and buyers discover one another through searchable Circuits-Keywords™.

To protect the quality, accuracy, and integrity of the directory, all listings must comply with this Policy.

2. Eligibility

You may publish a listing only if you:

3. Listing Standards

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your listing at all times.

You may not:

11. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content.

By submitting content, you grant Circuits.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, host, store, cache, resize, optimize, index, distribute, and promote your content solely for operating and promoting the directory.

You represent that you possess all necessary rights.

12. Search Integrity

You may not manipulate search visibility through:

12a. Keyword Position And What “Permanent” Means

Positions within a Circuits-Keyword™ listing are ordered by when each listing was claimed. The company that claims a keyword first holds the first position, the next holds the second, and so on. Later applicants cannot buy their way past an earlier one.

Your position is held for as long as your subscription remains active. It is not a one-off purchase and it is not owned outright. If a subscription lapses, is cancelled, or fails to renew after any grace period, the listing stops being displayed and the position is released to the next company in order. Your company data is retained so the listing can be restored if you return, but the original position is not guaranteed to still be available.

“Beta pricing” means the rate agreed at sign-up is held for as long as the subscription stays continuously active. A lapse ends that rate.

12b. Trust Badges

Trust Badges such as “Authorized”, “Featured”, “Preferred”, “Specialist” and “Premium” are a paid presentation option. They describe how a company chooses to present itself and are not a statement by Circuits.com about that company. A badge may not use wording that implies Circuits.com has certified, verified, approved or endorsed the company.

The Circuits.com badge is different. It marks a listing run by the Circuits.com team itself. It cannot be purchased and cannot be self-assigned — only Circuits.com staff can apply it.

12c. What Circuits.com Checks

This section is what the short note at the foot of every company profile links to. In plain terms, here is the line between what a company tells us and what we have looked at ourselves.

Supplied by the company, and not checked by us: the company name, description, contact details, address, opening hours, staff list, images, documents, and any certifications or approvals it lists — including certificate files it uploads. A certification shown on a profile means the company says it holds it. It does not mean we have seen or confirmed it.

Chosen and paid for by the company: Trust Badges, and the ★ symbol marking an exclusive Circuits-Keyword™ sponsorship. Neither is a quality judgement by us.

Applied by Circuits.com: the Circuits.com badge, whether a listing is approved to appear at all, whether a listing has been claimed by its company, and whether a buyer review is published.

Companies warrant the accuracy of everything they supply under section 9, and we can remove a listing under section 16 when they do not. Buyers doing significant business should still confirm certifications and credentials with the company or the issuing body directly.

13. Reviews

If reviews are permitted, reviews must reflect genuine experiences.

Businesses may not:

Circuits.com may remove any review without notice.

14. Premium Placements (Exclusive Circuits-Keyword™ Sponsorships)

Premium placements are subject to availability.

Purchasing a premium placement does not guarantee:

Circuits.com may reject any premium placement that violates this Policy.

15. Payments

Fees are due in advance unless otherwise stated.

Failure to pay may result in:

Unless otherwise stated, listing fees are non-refundable after publication.

16. Enforcement

No prior notice is required.

17. Reporting Violations

Users may report listings believed to violate this Policy.

Submitting knowingly false reports may itself constitute a violation.

18. Monitoring

Circuits.com is not obligated to monitor listings.

However, we reserve the right to review any listing at any time.

19. No Guarantee

Publication does not constitute approval, endorsement, verification, certification, or recommendation by Circuits.com.

Users should conduct their own due diligence before entering into any transaction.

20. Limitation of Liability

Circuits.com is a directory and discovery platform.

We do not manufacture, distribute, inspect, guarantee, or endorse products or services listed by users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Circuits.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of the directory or reliance on any listing.
