Circuits.com Listing Terms & Acceptable Use Policy

Welcome to Circuits.com (“Circuits.com,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This Listing Terms & Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs every listing, advertisement, profile, Circuits-Keyword™, image, document, message, and other content submitted to Circuits.com.
By creating, publishing, purchasing, or maintaining a listing on Circuits.com, you agree to comply with this Policy, our Terms of Service, and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with this Policy, you may not publish or maintain a listing on Circuits.com.
1. Purpose
Circuits.com exists to connect the global circuits industry by helping companies, organizations, professionals, and buyers discover one another through searchable Circuits-Keywords™.
To protect the quality, accuracy, and integrity of the directory, all listings must comply with this Policy.
2. Eligibility
You may publish a listing only if you:
- Are at least 18 years old.
- Have the legal authority to represent yourself or the organization you are listing.
- Provide accurate and truthful information.
- Comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws.
3. Listing Standards
Every listing must:
- Be truthful.
- Be current.
- Be accurate.
- Be complete.
- Clearly identify the business, organization, or individual represented.
- Relate to the selected Circuits-Keyword™.
- Not intentionally mislead visitors.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your listing at all times.
4. Circuits-Keyword™ Requirements
Each listing must be relevant to its selected Circuits-Keyword™.
You may not:
- Register keywords unrelated to your business.
- Misrepresent your products or services.
- Register keywords solely to block competitors.
- Attempt to manipulate search results.
- Use deceptive keyword stuffing.
Circuits.com may determine whether a listing is sufficiently relevant to a Circuits-Keyword™. Our determination is final.
5. Acceptable Listings

- Recruiters

- Industry Publications

6. Prohibited Content
Listings may not contain:
- False statements
- Fraudulent claims
- Misleading information
- Scams
- Counterfeit products
- Illegal products
- Stolen property
- Copyright infringement
- Trademark infringement
- Patent infringement
- Trade secret violations
- Pornographic material
- Sexually explicit material
- Hate speech
- Harassment
- Threats
- Violence
- Discrimination
- Defamation
- Obscene content
- Graphic imagery
- Malware
- Viruses
- Spyware
- Tracking scripts
- Phishing attempts
- Hidden redirects
- Misleading links
- Spam
- Keyword stuffing
- AI-generated fake reviews
- Fake testimonials
- Impersonation

- Duplicate listings intended to manipulate search results.
7. Restricted Products
Listings may not advertise or facilitate:
- Illegal drugs
- Controlled substances
- Counterfeit goods
- Stolen goods
- Weapons prohibited by law
- Explosives
- Hazardous materials sold illegally
- Money laundering services
- Fraudulent financial services
- Pyramid schemes
- Ponzi schemes
- Identity theft services
- Hacking services
- Malware
- Pirated software
- Fake documents
- Illegal surveillance services
- Human trafficking
- Wildlife trafficking
- Any activity prohibited by applicable law.
8. Professional Conduct
Users must conduct themselves professionally.
You may not:
- Harass users
- Threaten users
- Impersonate others
- Attempt to extort businesses
- Submit fraudulent complaints
- Interfere with listings
- Manipulate rankings
- Attempt to circumvent Circuits.com systems.
9. Accuracy
You agree that:
- Specifications are accurate.
- Images represent actual products or services.
- Descriptions are truthful.
- Certifications are legitimate.
- Business addresses are valid.
- Phone numbers are valid.
- Email addresses are monitored.
- Claims can be substantiated upon request.
10. Images
You may upload only images that:
- You own
- You have permission to use
- Are relevant
- Accurately represent your business
Images may not contain:
- Pornography
- Graphic violence
- Offensive language
- Misleading edits
- Competitor logos used deceptively
- Watermarks you do not own
- Copyrighted images without permission.
11. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your content.
By submitting content, you grant Circuits.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, host, store, cache, resize, optimize, index, distribute, and promote your content solely for operating and promoting the directory.
You represent that you possess all necessary rights.
12. Search Integrity
You may not manipulate search visibility through:
- Fake businesses
- Duplicate listings
- Keyword stuffing
- Hidden text
- Hidden links
- Automated submissions
- Bots
- Fake traffic
- Artificial engagement
- Purchased reviews
- Purchased clicks
- Purchased rankings.
13. Reviews
If reviews are permitted, reviews must reflect genuine experiences.
Businesses may not:
- Buy reviews
- Sell reviews
- Offer incentives
- Publish fake reviews
- Create multiple accounts.
Circuits.com may remove any review without notice.
14. Premium Placements
Premium placements are subject to availability.
Purchasing a premium placement does not guarantee:
- Sales
- Leads
- Traffic
- Revenue
- Search ranking outside the purchased placement.
Circuits.com may reject any premium placement that violates this Policy.
15. Payments
Fees are due in advance unless otherwise stated.
Failure to pay may result in:
- Listing removal
- Loss of premium placement
- Account suspension
- Termination.
Unless otherwise stated, listing fees are non-refundable after publication.
16. Enforcement
Circuits.com may, at its sole discretion:
- Edit listings
- Reject listings
- Remove listings
- Hide listings
- Suspend listings
- Terminate listings
- Suspend accounts
- Terminate accounts
- Remove keywords
- Investigate violations
- Refer matters to law enforcement
- Take legal action.
No prior notice is required.
17. Reporting Violations
Users may report listings believed to violate this Policy.
Submitting knowingly false reports may itself constitute a violation.
18. Monitoring
Circuits.com is not obligated to monitor listings.
However, we reserve the right to review any listing at any time.
19. No Guarantee
Publication does not constitute approval, endorsement, verification, certification, or recommendation by Circuits.com.
Users should conduct their own due diligence before entering into any transaction.
20. Limitation of Liability
Circuits.com is a directory and discovery platform.
We do not manufacture, distribute, inspect, guarantee, or endorse products or services listed by users.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Circuits.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of the directory or reliance on any listing.
21. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Circuits.com, its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, or legal fees arising from:
- Your listing.
- Your content.
- Your violation of this Policy.
- Your violation of any law.
- Your infringement of another party’s rights.
22. Reservation of Rights
Circuits.com reserves the right, at any time and for any reason, to:
- Refuse service.
- Remove content.
- Reassign categories or Circuits-Keywords™.
- Modify listings for formatting or clarity.
- Correct obvious typographical errors.
- Reject any listing that does not align with the purpose or standards of the directory.
- Investigate suspicious activity.
- Cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
- Update or discontinue any feature of the platform.
Our decisions regarding directory management are final.
23. Policy Changes
We may modify this Policy at any time.
Changes become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of Circuits.com after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
